Change the Punishment System
I think the punishment system is unfair and there needs to be different ways of punishing players.

You're gonna have to be more thorough than just saying "I think the system's unfair", and if you're gonna say we need different ways of punishing players, you aught to have something in mind to propose.
Why do you think the system is unfair?
What other ways could we punish other players?
They should focus less on punishing/moderating chat and focus more on detecting inters and trolls.
