Riot does punish, but its not enough (here's an idea)

Riot really should have an entire vid series dedicated to player conduct giving both good and bad examples of how to behave in game.

We have kids to adults in this game, and kids are more likely to emulate the bad behavior over the good, especially if there's absence of a meaningful swift punishment system. The punishment system exists; but its failing to take enough negative players off the rift and its failing to deter new offenders. A message that may or may not appear telling you gj on getting someone punished doesn't even remotely begin to satisfy in comparison to hours and game after game ruined.

I propose a video series that shows all kinds of examples of trolling and passive-aggressive throwing. Update with a new report category and put trolling/ passive-aggressive throwing into that category. Put a specific group dedicated to investigating this report category and lets continue to kick shit that ruins the game out.

I love this game, but the whole time I've been apart of it there's been this ongoing battle for the soul of the community and the positive, pleasant players are losing out.

Give these kids and adults a clear, easy, champion spotlight-esque series focused on what and what not to do towards other players. End the debate amongst players of what should and should not be considered "bullshit behavior". Set a fkn standard and hammer it down in iron or this game will eventually go the way of Dark Souls: full of assholes and unless you got the skill to beat everyone a shit experience of a video game.

I like this idea, but I'm not sure it could properly enunciate the difference between trolling and poor play.

I think there should be demos for context when people review reports instead of just text because it is really too vague to know what actually went on, same with feeding reports based on KDA, how can you know if someone was intentionally feeding without a demo to watch? You can't

Why does society expected to be told how to be a decent human being, why is it such a hard concept for some people?

I'm not sure would work as well as we'd like. I feel like a lot of the people who would benefit from such a video simply wouldn't watch it.

That said, I'd be interested to see if there really is a lot of community interest in this idea.

The ideal seems great to begin with but I have "1" very real worry:

By showing negative actions it teaches 'new' players how to be disruptive.

Please don't dismiss this premise w/o some thought about it. I have seen first-hand in another area of this site exactly how showing negatives only provide a way for certain people to exploit the system.

I actually support your ideals and I hope you continue to post them :) ....I was only pointing out a part of what has to be dealt with on every decision.

Good Job and keep trying :))
