Spending the entire match feeding my lane on purpose, and making it look like he's solo queue'd but really has 2 friends who apparently "agreed to troll me" the entire match by inting/griefing, and then using hate speech..

"downsy, retard/retarded, %%%%, idiot, dipshit, troll, shitter, shithead" "as worthless in life as i am in game"

and nonstop telling eachother and the enemy team to report me, instigating more trolling and flaming towards me from the other players and enemy team, and then saying this afterwards..

i reported him and his premade.. never got one instant feedback report, and once he added me he told me he doesnt even have a chat restrict.

what the actual fuck kind of penalty system is this

Why do people accept obviously fake "friend" requests? Did you like hearing what he had to say in game so much you thought "yeah, I need more of that in my life!"?

The screenshot you're showing was entirely in your power to prevent, but you volunteered for it. I don't have a lot of pity for you there.

Report them to Riot Support with your screenshot and explain what they were doing in game.

I suggest submitting a ticket along with the unedited screenshot of the conversation here: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new File the report under "Report cheating, phishing, or negative in-game behavior" and work your way from there.

Last time I had an inter in my game, I got a punishment notification 4 days later.
