Anyone else feel like trolling has increased?

I feel like every single game now I get a troll either on my team or the enemy team. Is this because its preseason so people just don't care or what? Like every game is lost or won because of a troll on one of the teams. That and players who are doing fine get set off by the most bizarre things, we were winning a game pretty hard and our Viktor was taking the blue buff and our support accidentally stole it and he said "haha gg" and then ran it down until we lost. I say "bot please try and play safer" and they go in, and say "Warwick please play safer.", then just start feeding and say "warwick play safer." Is this how every preseason goes? More often I am seeing trolling bot lanes with double mages or bruisers or top lanes playing support champions.
