Honors and end of season rewards

Dear riot this post is actually not for me. my friend who has a league of legends account has failed to receive his end of season rewards. This account has gotten many honors at the end of games including several from me. I am inquiring about a potential issue with either not gaining enough honor points throughout the season or an error with the game in which no credit was earned from honors. If someone could please get back to me with an official response it would be appreciated thank you. P.S. This discussion is posted in several different boards in order to create more urgency
