When is having fun with a build go from enjoying the game, to being a troll?

People will report you for going off meta, or for playing champ in an odd position and doing poorly (and sometimes when you are doing good) and people will report you for building items wrong. but, where does the line get crossed at? What is acceptable levels of playing the game?

when you stop trying to win the game.

but unless you're Zed building tears, or stacking multiple boots, it's kind of hard to prove.

Off-meta is very much allowed (although you should generally ask your team if they're okay with it beforehand, and try to coordinate if the team might need to adapt to it), and as for builds - as long as the items you buy have any remote utility to you, you can buy just about any item in just about any order you like.

For example; you can buy Guinsoo's Rageblade on Vayne, because, although she doesn't have any AP scaling, she can still benefit from the Attack Speed, Attack Damage, and On-hit effects.

On the other hand, you cannot buy Rabadon's Deathcap on Riven, as she has no AP scalings, and the item wouldn't benefit her in any way, shape, or form.

Those are just rough examples, but hopefully they get the point across.

Play whatever you want, wherever you want, however you want, **if **it's normals **and **you're still trying to win (and you're not doing it to troll your team). I'd advise against pulling out stuff like first-time full ad runaans soraka mid in ranked.
