Wrongful Ban Please Help

I was just given a 14 day ban for verbal toxicity, but I wasn't toxic. I will include chat logs & screen shot of the ban report as proof.

You ban was actually for post game chat. It doesn't show up on the reform card (yet) which can be confusing, but we do look at it.

Absolutely 100% submit a support ticket. If there is no other information included about your ban, there's no way this deserves a 14 ban and you should get it reversed.

What the fuck? I have no idea. I hope you submitted a ticket to support. I have rarely sided with the punished player, but if this is real, you should not have been punished for that. You may be lying, misleading in some way, which is whatever... I don't know why you would do that. But yeah, this is weird.

I strongly recommend waiting for Support to answer you. One of two things is happening here - you were provided the wrong chat logs (the system bugs sometimes) or your punishment is wrong and they will remove it. I hope it's the second one, but if it's the first, support can at least give you the actual chat logs that led to your punishment.

Bwahahaha , WTF Trashy McGarbage , why are you playing the victim here, when you know exactly what you said in post game chat. Proof that Post Game Chat is recorded for every game, and that you can and will get punished for it. Should be permaban imo.
