Punishment I didn't deserve

Yesterday I was trying to start a game but during the loading screen the game crashed with the bug splat happened again when i tried to reconnect so i restarted my client and the problem was solved but due to that my teammates remade the game and I was put into low priority queue for 5 games from leaver buster. It's fine by me waiting for 20 mins before my queue start but I'm working hard on improving my account status and I'm afraid of this affecting me badly again

Crashing sucks, but if you're in a 20 minute leaverbuster, this was far from the first time you left a game.

Riot can't easily differentiate legitimate crashes from rage-quits and troll-AFKs, so Leaverbuster has some leniency built into it. One crash wouldn't get you punished that severely.

i feel you, i had to change to playing on the floor with ethernet since i got to having to wait 30 minutes for 10 games, i played it off in one day meaning i spent 5 hours waiting to just get in a queue, feelsbadman
