How do I appeal A 14 days ban

I've been playing this game for 3 years now and I've **NEVER ** typed something bad to strangers , I would never say such things in game or post game to anyone I encounter , all my games I would try to be positive and cheer on my teammates . Sadly , when I opened league, I found out that I ve got 14 days banned for saying the K word multiple time (which I would never do because I've been suicidal and I know how easy can words influence a person ) so I suspected that my account got hacked or someone got into my pc , later I've found out that I had a keylogger on my pc but it was my facebook that got hacked alongside my gmail , as for my league account , there were no signs of compromise or unauthorized use. it was someone I _was _ friends with who actually got into my pc and played a game while I wasn't at my place (I did not share my account ) the thing is that I never shutdown my computer and I always leave my league client open because It's a personal PC and no one would touch it without my permission (Sadly I was wrong about it) , Is there a way for the support to lift the ban Or give me a chat restriction Instead since I didn't get chat restricted ? Because it's really frustrating to get banned because of another person.

The _guy _ who played on my account was flaming himself by saying that he's a failure in real life and a 'subhuman' which looked intentional because no sane person would flame himself or ask for reports to get banned after proceeding to type multiple times the K word out of context. (looked like he was insulting me in real life instead )
