Can you be banned for toxicity for joking around with someone
Like if I were to call someone stupid and childish like “ur a pee pee rat” instead of an actual real insult would I be banned for joking around?

Yes you can be. Remember, there is more than just you and them too.
You can even though theres nothing in the terms of use that says you cant.. You wont howeevr be banned if u are a troll. Trolls seem to be the only ones having fun on thsi game.. so troll.
only if they report you and only if you do it in a large number of games.
