perma ban for being riot.

Dear riot. i am not sure this is the correct way to contact you guys. Please leave me a comment if i need to contact you guys in other platform. My account name, as you see is Gragus korean. As playing in NA region, I've been toxic for lot of games, which lead me to a permaban on my account. For not able to playing league for over 11month, i've been thinking back about my action a lot. I will want to tell you guys i am reformed and i hope that my account will be free from the permaban. I really wish I'll be able to be back on summoner's rift and enjoying the game again. I am really sorry for the toxication on the game. But i want to tell you i am reformed and ready to be back on. If this chance is given to me, i will be never be toxic again. thank you riot.
