I'm not sure if I was rightfully banned here, could someone please explain?

So I was playing an Urf match and this Veigar became a bit rude about how a Kassadin did not call MIA. The Kass said something that I believe the bot picks up as inappropriate but regardless the veigar kept gloating about how he was going to get the Kass banned like he was extremely happy about it. I stood up for the Kassadin and I ultimately got banned, here are the logs. Game 2997875358: Nekohime Kitty: Wanted plating Nekohime Kitty: You kind of have to get lots of bans for it Nekohime Kitty: Er reports [All]Nekohime Kitty: So like the veigar flamed Kass then said Kys once to veig [All]Nekohime Kitty: Not at all, this veigar has been like "My dad owns riot, ur gonna get banned!!" [All]Nekohime Kitty: Nope [All]Nekohime Kitty: You're just really rude [All]Nekohime Kitty: Congratulations? [All]Nekohime Kitty: Kk TF lets go [All]Nekohime Kitty: Saying kys once isn't a death threat Nekohime Kitty: Welp Nekohime Kitty: That will be in the logs Nekohime Kitty: Thats called negative attitude Nekohime Kitty: And verbal abuse Nekohime Kitty: Saying I don't matter is really mean Nekohime Kitty: And hurtful I'd like to know exactly what I did that was considered against TOS, if someone would explain I would greatly appreciate it, thank you!

Isnt it obvious? Veigar's Dad owns Riot thus u got banned. seems pretty straight forward to me.

You repeated a zero-tolerance phrase - "kys."

I would fill out a support ticket and see if they'll reduce your ban but a couple of things. 1.) Make sure you're not lying and that the player actually said that. 2.) Don't repeat things that people say. 3.) Why are you airing any of this in all-chat where the enemy team can see it? They have no idea what people are saying in your team's private chat, nor do they care. You're being disruptive to the game for a bunch of people who don't care about a flame war.

I do not think thats the only game that made you get it. It was prob the trigger. But you did report call.

Hey there, Your account was suspended because you used the word "kys". It's pretty much the report system that doesn't check if its quoting or not. So, remember to not quote words like that in the future. Other than that, you're clear.

I really don't know why that's even worthy of a ban. Just lazy rioters letting their flawed bots control the reports. You didn't tell anyone to kill themselves. Just send a ticket to support and get them to lift it because thats just unreasonable..

Your violation of TOS was from you typing those things in allchat, writing "KYS". Be sure not to repeat things that others write that are violations of the rules because those can be read as violations of the rules by the system.

So here's what you do. Go to the support section and login. There you can create a support ticket. Write in and while being understanding and apologetic, explain that there was a misunderstanding with the report system, that it was a false positive from you talking about what another player had written. There someone should be able to help you.
