Smurfs flame on

I've been playing league about a month now, I got level 30 on my main account quiet fast because I played alot of urf with friends who are experienced players so I won alot of games, playing urf also cause a problem for me because when I went into a normal game I couldn't farm right or play passive until I get certain items and that. So ya I started playing normals anyway and because I'm like level 34 I continuously get in against people that are over level 100 or level 7 on there champs, naturally enough when I come up against these players I get stomped sometimes badly then the flaming begins from team mates saying I'm inting, feeding or the old classic kys haha, I defend myself by saying I'm not playing long and I can't help get in against these type of players (or can I?) and they just tell me play against bots which I don't think I will get to that level playing bots.

I've made a new account and although I run into alot of Smurf accounts who think they are faker because they are playing against new players, I do come in against new players and I can see how I am better after my short time playing against them.

Sorry for the rang but I guess what I'm trying to ask is if I can guarantee a way to play against my level of players all the time or am I just going to have to listen to bitching players until I get good?
