Forgiving Banned Players

I think that 4 steps of punishment is enough, but players don't actually focus on their punishment because they don't acually know that they will be permabanned that easily. This is why Riot should remind them daily that if they keep on being toxic, they will get banned permanently. But I think that Players should deserve 1 more last chance to make up for their perma ban.riot should give the 1 more chance but the players have to give something back to learn their lesson such as RP, IP, Skins.

5 chances instead of 4 isn't going to stop them from being toxic. If they don't take a step back and realize they're doing something wrong after a 2 week suspension and continue to be toxic, they probably aren't going to reform.

the players have to give something back to learn their lesson such as RP, IP, Skins.

that's would make the punishment a lot less serious, and would basically just mean you could buy your wait out of it. Riot tried to give players one last chance before, they had to make it to level 20 on a new account without getting any punishments, and if they showed they could do that, they would get their account back. There was almost a 0% success rate.

There's nothing acceptable about a penalty system without defined rules, visibility and accountability. RIOT has failed us from the moment they added the ban system. Lyte was a plague and now they don't seek to undo his absurdity. RIOT's own devs want to show us a monthly or even daily "report card" and they refuse to allow it to even be worked on. It's injustice at it's finest. Should certain people get and deserve a ban? Sure. But the current system is fucking laughable. It needs change and not a single RIOTer will even get past more than agreeing about that.
