Riot is overwhelmingly corrupted (Medium)

So yesterday (1/11/16) my league account was banned for a third party program, the account that i have over 20k+ hours of game play on the money is not important in this argument but it was indeed a lot, Anyway the game everyone loves and hates at the same time is overwhelmingly corrupted when it comes to the ban system, riot employees are not here to help in anyway with their supposed "We love the player base" attitude its all a front i sent riot a serious ticket about my concern with my ban and how i think it was wrongly sentenced because i would never compromise my account with all this time spent on the game just to cheat? Why would anyone want to cheat in league in the first place i mean with all my time playing ive never even known there was hacks for league other than the macro that spams chat i thought this game was impenetrable, but with all this being said the reason im writing this is because with the ticket i sent them, the ticket i put an hour into explaining my side on, i was replied with a robotic message telling me the summoner code..Yes the company that brags about loving their player base responds to player bans with a robot that tells you "We won't be able to go into the specifics of an account's exploit abuse, as divulging this information could compromise future investigations" your telling me that by telling me by giving me information about why my account was banned would "compromise" my own account? how do i even know i was banned for a third party or if riot just decided to gamble and i was the unlucky one? this is just my opinion on why i think riot is flawed massively.

It wouldn't compromise your account, it would compromise future investigations of other accounts. If people knew exactly what programs Riot is able to detect and/or how Riot detects them it would be significantly easier to trick them and thus, cheat without repercussions. And in reality, even if it's not the majority, a lot of people do cheat.

It's an unfortunate situation, but assuming that Riot is "overwhelmingly corrupted" sounds a bit... extreme.

Riot reserves the right to suspend or ban any account. It's in their clause and you accept after each and every update. Not one single person owns their account that they play on. RIOT does, to include any and all RP purchased on that account. Not to mention they can ban you without reason if they so choose to do so that is also in their clause. You accepted that as I said with each and every update. Every time you hit "accept" on an update you are reassuring riot that you will play by their rules. I'm not saying you are guilty, I'm also not saying you aren't. What I do know is riots detection system is designed to find things such as you stated. Therefor most likely you were doing something even if it may not have been knowledgeable to you.

indeed we are going to ban you and not tell you why we did it so youre wondering what you did to get banned while you ask for help on the boards and get rudeness from the people there -riot "loves money" games
