In the pre-game there was a player who definitively wanted to give order to other player and finally abuse of racist language. This player has been reported but always able to play today...

I see now they don't care att all since this player still play the day after, and the day after that day and after that other day..
If he was racist that’s an immediate 14 day unless he used a sneaky way to say it, in that case send a ticket with a screenshot of the game recording.

Maybe they have been chat restricted? You cannot check that.
I know it's really aggravating seeing someone like that, but it's better to just drop it and forget it happened. If they continue to be racist in game, Riot's system will punish them.
