Punishment for int feeding and toxic chat the same?

Hello together,

I am not a native speaker so I try my best to express my question as understandable as possible. In the german forum (https://boards.euw.leagueoflegends.com/de/c/spielerverhalten-de/EneE7BcY?comment=0002000000010000000000000000) we are discussing about if the different types of punishment of the instant feedback system are connected with each other? So if someone gets punished for 14 days because of intentional feeding will he get banned instantly when he plays the next game after the 14 days and be offensive in the chat because he got a 14 days ban? Is there an official statement by Riot that the penaltys are connected or are the penaltys seperate from each other so that the player only gets a chat restriction for being negative in the chat?

I hope you understood my question :)

Kind regards Time2Whine

If you get punished for toxicity and it's a 14 day ban, it counts towards any other punishments you receive, regardless of the offense. So you could troll, get a 14 day ban, and then say something offensive and get permabanned because that's the next tier of punishment. You dont start back at a chat restrict just because your form of offense is different.

punishement for INT is an Instant 14 day ban, any future punishment is permaban

Punishment for toxic chat, is a chat ban (you cannot use chat) Repeated offense will increase the punishment and can eventually result in a perma

Okay, so I'll try to explain the best I can.

There are two separate punishment tracts. Gameplay Offense and Verbal Offense

Gameplay typically goes 14 day ban to a perm.

Verbal typically (pending escalation) goes: 10 game chat restrict 25 game chat restrict 14 day ban Perm ban

These do not interact per se at this time. Meaning you can be banned 14 days for Gameplay and then 14 days for Verbal (assuming went through chat restricts or used 0 tolerance).

I found this, which seems to imply that the punishments are connected in a tiered system: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/207489286-Instant-Feedback-System-FAQ-#h1q4 but I don't know for certain.
