So if i told someone in a game that he is just gonna die and everything he loves will cease to exist, can i get reported for that? I am not encouraging him to kill himself, i'm not even being toxic neither disrespectful, i'm just simply telling him his 100% certain future and it's not different than telling someone for example that as the time passes they will get older.

Uh...

Personally I don't think that'd be classified as zero-tolerance language or would be enough to warrant a 14-day ban.

As long as it's something along the lines of "Everyone grows old, everyone will die one day, that's life." and not "You're going to die, everything you love is going to disappear and you are nothing at the end of the day" since that could be seen as negative.

How about not focusing on non-game related things, regardless of them being subjective or objective, true or false, good or bad, Focus your chat on strategy & in-game coordination.

Chat like what you mentioned not only has no place in the game, it is distracting from the real objectives of the game. Whether or not you get punished for it should not factor into what you say. While I agree with zPOOPz, that it likely won't get you punished at this very moment that is not to say Riot won't punish this kind of behavior in the future.

This sort of nihilistic comment has only one purpose: to incite others to respond negatively and is, in essence, trolling. I would imagine Riot would not look too kindly on this sort of behavior. If they perform a manual review, they might enact a punishment, and possibly a harsh one at that, for attempting to circumvent the existing chat scanning.

For game chat, just don't.

Why would you even be saying that? If its provoking the other person and inciting negativity then there's a good chance that you could be punished. Its pretty obvious that everyone's going to die as they get older. What reason to state this after picking up an individual, selectively? So if I was scanning your report, I'd lean 90% towards the idea that you're just trying to piss people off.

The only thing for sure you can say is "GG WP FF HV" and other such sterile language.

While I honestly doubt you'll ever get punished for it, why is it necessary to tell someone that? This is a video game, not some strange therapy session or philosophical debate or even a social hour you can afford to spend minutes typing away at the meaning of life. There is a time and place for that sort of discussion and distracting the team with such non-sense in the middle of the game ain't it. You're not just distracting the person you're telling that to but also the other 3 people who have to read it and wonder what the fuck is wrong with their teammate. Again, I'm sure it's innocuous enough to not trip the IFS, but.....why?
