Riot's banning system

i just want to share my thought after getting 14 days suspended with community and please i hope i can reach a rioter becuase your system doesn't wanna connect me with one so actually i was having some ranked games and in this one exactly https://matchhistory.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/EUW1/3883524610/61079074?tab=builds&participant=9 and i picked irelia bot and tbh i am not good with it ! so when the game started died couple of times tried to bounce back
but on doing so i just recall going mid to try to catch the enemie's ahri and we failed and i q'ed 2/3 cs then my midlaner (cass) ran it down mid intentionally and then starting building zeal and irrelevant stuff and my support and jgl went afk
and thier cause is because "irelia is dumb let's just go next" and they just stayed afk and cass ran it down and i actually kept trying to cs and kept buying real items and tried to fight and that's the game actually the game said they banned me for in the ticked but when i sent them a ticked they told me u have been reported 14 times in last 20 games for int feed or grief and i bet that thier system doesn't know what is int feed i just had some bad games with shitty scores i know it but i never ran it down or went to baron bit and got excuted or some of this stuff but is riot actually thinking like this that u should be banned cause u got reported without checking your itemization or the game record or some stuff but they just ban u because u had a bad score sorry riot but there is no rule found in your policy said that u should get banned because u played bad in a ranked game this is my match history http://euw.op.gg/summoner/userName=fnc+xpeter
not my best scores i know i have been playing bad for last couple of weeks but there is the history check the last 20 matches and i bet if u watched them no one will find me in a game staying afk or running it down mid maybe i played it bad yes i truly did maybe i was a pain for my team's back that they had to carry i truly was but i never stopped trying to win maybe my knoweldge and game play overall is shit i got no problem about it but i always try to cs go to base get items try to join fights that's what i am always trying and i guess that's not trolling if my idea about trolling is wrong please some one define intentional feeding to me cause maybe i am getting it wrong i know i will get attacked like and why u play bad and stuff like this but guys u can have a bad game every one does !! i hope a rioter contact me asap !
