Unjust Third Party Programs Bannings

So recently I got curious why my first ever account (Cofermachine ,real creative I know, created on 8/16/2015) got banned, originally I didn't care whatsoever. I had barely started and gotten myself to level 5 but didn't really get into the game but then almost 2 months later (on 10/19/2015) my friends start playing and so I joined them or at least tried to but my account had been banned. I submitted a ticket but since I was only level 5 I didn't want to wait just for a chance to play with my friends so I made a new account. fast forward to present day I'm in love with league my new account is level 200+ my friends and I were playing and joking and my friend talks about his smurf and I remember this account and wonder if its still banned so I quickly try to log in only to find it banned. Still ever so curious why it had been banned I submitted a ticket (having forgotten the first) and get told that my account was banned for using third party programs I didn't even know what those were till recently when I started using discord (I'm not the brightest okay :/ ), and even then I never even dreamed of using one I think it is too fun to hone your skills at game, to feel the rush of a well fought game, the feel of the comebacks, the last minute turnarounds, the Soraka ult that saves the team. The adrenaline rush is just too addicting to ruin it with anything that takes the controls away from you that makes the fight less you and more computer programming. Being upset and confused as to what could've caused it I asked for more information and got the same non-answer as before so I looked around online and realized a lot of other people were having this issue across many years (i also learned that the reason I couldn't get answers was because the information might help a programmer make their program better which I understand fully but don't get me wrong its frustrating when your not one)

my point being why does stuff like this happen so often that there's this many so many posts about it and little to nothing to do about it i don't care if this account ever gets un-banned I just don't want these unjust bannings happening to myself or anyone else. I understand how miserable of a game it would be if people got away with doing the things i got banned for but i also understand it doesn't help to hurt your community in the process if this had happened after I'd gotten to level 200 with thousand of games under my belt I'd have quit permanently there needs to be a balance and this is **definitely ** not it.

Because there are very VERY few bans for third party programs that are inaccurate. If you were banned for it, the account played a game using scripts/hacks/etc - or attempted to do so.

If you are positive you never did this at all, review the account's match history for any games that may not have been played by you. Please keep in mind that if you shared, gave, traded, or otherwise permitted others to play any games on your account at any time, that in and of itself is a violation of the Terms of Use that may result in a permanent ban. If your account was hacked/compromised, Riot will be able to determine that and assist you if you submit an account recovery ticket.
