Incorrectly banned for "MMR Boosting"

First of all, sorry for my poor english.

Last week I just received a 14 day ban for "MMR boosting" which makes no sense. First I would like to say, I play ranked very rare. Every season is between 50 - 100 games per season cus I study very hard med school. Last season (S7) I ended Platinum 3, and in the start of Season 8 i placed in Platinum 5 in SoloQ and Platinum 3 in Flex. So as everyona know you can play once in month ranked to not drop your LP. But whem meta change AP bot I stopped play League of 2 months. After that I play A lot ARAMs and normal. After this 2 monthe of inactivity I droped from both to Gold 1 with 75LP. In flex games I just win 1 game and get back to the promos to Platinum 5, but I study medicine university so I was been in promo to platinum 5 like very long time. When season is close to end I say who cares now, lets just play ranked maybe I can get back to platinum, when I am so close to reach it. I played 3v3 flex first cus I know last season I was G3? So I want other chroma skin for victorious Oriana, after Flex 3v3 I was placed in Platinum 5 (8W-2L) and I was very happy. So next was let go to Flex 5v5 lets finish my promo and it was successful. So I know if I not play to the end of season I will get Platinum reward for this 2 ranked. Well 10 days to the season end and I have 61LP on G1 in soloQ I lose and win few game. But in the end I finally reach platinum 5 in all 3 ranked system. After this, morning when I try to log in to my acc Messege of riot pop up and the say I was banned for MMR boosting. Well i was very upset like what they think ...

I immediately write ticket to support where they call "specialist" to watch it, but in the end final verdict is the same. after few days they told me I am guilty. I ask them to tell me why do they concidered me to be boosted but they say they cant tell me anything. First of all I was very sad cus I lose all my ranekd reward even from previous seasons, second it very shame to RIOT cant admit they can be wrong ... From now I am more scared to play ranked cus if I get incorrectly banned for having knowledge of the game and being better player I may be permabanned from league. Well I want to know is there someone who have same problem like me or if someone who salved this with RIOT and prove his innocence.

Looked through your match history. You have the dead giveaway summoner swap that makes it's pretty obvious. You always, always have flash on F except in random sprees of doing really well and of course only in ranked. Pretty obvious that someone else is using the account as well. I looked through your history for this season and season 7 and not one single time in a normal game did you have flash on D yet you randomly have it on D in ranked and start doing really well.

also looking at other evidence, you have exactly zero normal games played on TF in at least 4-5 years but you randomly pick him up in ranked and perform extremely well while randomly having flash on D?

why is swapping flash on D and F such a giveaway? i swap my flash on D for jungle and F for laneing... i dont change it all the time but i play with both. how is that a giveaway?

and also when i play on a laptop I HAVE TO HAVE flash on D or i fat finger flash when i ult sometimes, but when on my PC i prefer it on F cus i have more room.

I'm insulted by someone hitting plat for barely even put in an effort. I don't think those on the high horses realize how hard it really is coming from the bottom. Read a bunch of posts like this lately, sadly, none of them are innocent. LOL [slayer-pantheon-popcorn]
