A player in my ranked game just gave up and stopped playing. It's done this 9 times in 14 days.

I'm assuming it's because they technically didn't leave the game, so leaverbuster didn't catch them, which begs the question of why the fuck have they not been manually banned after doing this 9 times in two weeks?

Is leaving ranked games 9 times in 14 days considered acceptable behavior now?
