Was it an ingame mute or boards mute? See if you can find any help by starting a thread on discuss the boards if it was a boards mute.

If you have concerns, I'll be happy to look into them for you (as a Herald, that's sort of my responsibility), although the Moderation Discord or Discuss the Boards are still the best place to have a discussion about a punishment. Just let me know what you have questions/concerns about.
