i wonder if todays all chat is "moderated" by the ifs

since everything you write in all chat gets turned into cat/dog sounds, i wonder if writing ANYTHING in all chat can get you banned. for example someone write kys in all chat which gets turned into bark bark, but somehow someone reports this person... would they get banned? im really curious how the system handels all this barking and meowing.
