Stuck in champ select with the timer at 0, everyone can use the chat still????
I don't want to leave the lobby and be punished, what do I do?

its a glitched lobby unfortunately. youll have to play chicken still someone leaves
At worst, leaving the lobby would hit you with LPQ, which is just a small wait before the next five times you join a queue. Leaverbuster has a lot of forgiveness built into it, so if you don't normally leave, it will not give LPQ.
/edit Oh, right. If it's ranked there's an LP loss for dodging. Slipped my mind.
