Are the Player Support staff even real people ??

Im having one of the hardest time to communicate with the player support staffs. They have banned my account for charge back because someone that sent me gift was banned for charge back. Makes so much sense and when i try to prove them showing them concrete evidence that i had nothing to do with the gifting and all . HE keeps sending me the same message, Blablabla i know its frustrating blablabla if you have any other question blablabla......

Is this a joke ??? Where can i get actual real help ?? Last time i had an issue your support staff was amazing and answered in less than 24 hours. This time not only did i have to wait 3 days for an answer back. But all i got was the same message >.>

I seriously doubt you were banned for someone else's chargeback, but I can ask about it and maybe get someone to look at your ticket in the morning. What is your ticket number?

Ok they looked into it and unfortunately it sounds like you're just being uncooperative with Player Support. You're going to have to talk to the fraud specialist in your ticket even if you don't like what they have to say.
