Unfair Permaban

I have been playing League of Legends for 7 years now , I am a honorable player which never flames ( everyone has their games when they loose a nerve and flame a bit but my flaming at most is just saying that someone made a stupid mistake and argumenting that he played badly but never harsh insults etc. ) I have 2 perma bans , 1 of which is in my opinion fair but the other one is certanly not! My first account on league was created in 2013 , i have god knows how many hours spent on it , also the money - I have spent 1100 euros on that account ( i admit thats stupid of me ) , but in 2015-2016 i have installed MKJogo ( for thoose who dont know what that is , it was a really popular third party program back then used to get custom skins and official skins without aynone seeing it but you) . After I installed it i got permanetly banned for usage of third party program , yes i admit that was fair it was stupid of me for even trying it and i admit my mistake , but the thing is that in 2017 i got an email from Riot games stating that that ban was unfair and that they looked deeper into it and saw they made a mistake and my account will be unbanned in short period of time , which it didnt because later on they send me another one stating that that email was a mistake by their side , i am providing SS of the mail in attachment.

The second perma banned was on the account i created after my first perma ban , i have been playing on it for lets say a year and a half maybe two. My games as i said earlier are always calm and positive , even if i am hard loosing i keep my calm and focus on the game , if not there is always surrender but i never never flame or harsh insult players like most people do (btw i see a lot of people flaming a lot but never get banned , dont understand that) So to get to the point , i was playing ranked ( Diamond Elo) and my teammate adc Jhin has been feeding , i think he had 0-5 in 8-9 minutes of the game , anyway he was hard flaming me and insulting me and my family (you know the usual) . on which i replied with mild comebacks argumenting his playstyle that lost him the game not me , because he was flaming me (the jungler) for not ganking etc. After that game i got permanetly banned because he and his premade reported me for verbal abuse even tho my words were not verbal abuse at all , i was just argumenting his mistakes that led him to the lost of the game . I am providing the SS of chat restriction in attachments , i contacted Riot support , on which they didnt even gave me a real person to look into the case but a bot with automatic response that they will not unban me . So i am writing this down in hope that people upvote this or however this works i am not sure , so that Riot games could possibly see this and reevaluate the case. Look deeper into it and actually read what i am saying in my mails because all of my attempts to emailing riot to look into the case has resulted in automatic response which states that they will not unban me , so maybe now they can atleast look and read the chat logs etc . I had a lot more SS of my mails with Riot in which they stated that the second perma ban was due me saying to report my teammate which is verbal abuse if you are convincing someone to report someone , but all of my mails with Riot are gone ( i formated my mail because of space ) would love if Riot could send the old mails to me so i can prove to you , i hardl found this one due to me sending it to my friend . https://ibb.co/WDMJCQ3 https://ibb.co/FshcR3Z Thank you in advance for your help league community , i really appreciate it!
