System changed

It seems like Riot implemented a more forgiven system regarding chat. Litterally in all my games i had players that were beyond toxic (in 2 day and 15-20 games i got 2 players banned for their behaviour-when , with the old system everybody would have got a ban). The system seems way more forgiven , and i personnaly love this. I can take some harsh love, but what i hate is spam...talking all game long:P. And i think, that you guys made this possible;).. Pretty happy with the system;) GJ
