No you weren't. Nobody has ever been banned for saying something as simple as "Can we FF?"
As AeroWaffle said, you'll need to share your chat logs if you want to discuss a punishment. Until then, people will continue to doubt your situation.
As a general rule, Riot does not overturn permanent suspensions unless they were made in error.
This is the boards, not an official channel to Riot.
If you want people to give their opinion on your situation (like whether or not the ban was warranted) you'll need to post all the chat logs given to you for this punishment and if you had any punishment history.
Otherwise people are not giving an informed opinion.
gl with that as far as ik riot really dont unban ppl i have friend that got banned who did same sort of thing and was challenger but the score was like 46 -15 other team had 3 drakes and elder and baron but were just playing around with them after that so he asked to ff since the other team didnt plan to end it anytime soon
