Bad moderation of the forum. Many lies or omission of information that is relevant to the community. We have no where to complain or let superiors know how bad the LAS Server is being handled, since they hide behind them and at the end your words remain in the air, that is why I come to expose you here, to have a miserable opportunity to be listened. Basically if you check the Red tracker there is 1 rioter that only talks about the competitive, which I think is the only one fulfilling its assigned function. The others shine by their absence. One of the rioters who took the latency problem (2 weeks after people started to publicize the problem) in their hands is aware of the internal workflow that Riot LAS is going through, but nothing is done from already months ago, there is no change. They no longer listen to the community. They no longer read us and if they read they ignore it. Zero commitment to its people, its players, the community. First Case: Year 2017, end of season, platinum player being eloboosting to diamond. Look these Azir player. It was reported via Player Support, they will always respond with a bot message, thanking you and that an investigation and follow up will be opened to the player. Lie. This player and several other players received boosting from a close friend, who is currently a Challenger in Flex and came to diamond 2 in SoloQ. None of his accounts was sanctioned, because he was never detected and he never took my report seriously. Second case: Player receiving eloboost towards gold, was reported both in-game system and through player support. He was not sanctioned having exclusive evidence, either chat and history with kda over his average with never played characters. We even added after that game since he laughed that he would never be sanctioned. He was right. He kept his rewards all year, and keeps playing and boosting the account. Why does not the system detect it? Why is Player Support so foolish and does not want to listen? Even the rioters reviewed the cases at the time, but never took any action.
So where are the problems? PRIME or Player support, including both? Where is the simple and effective system of which they boast to have? And if you report these players for an excessive verbal abuse support the player will respond with a message bot and weeks after you have made the complaint. You're supposed to be honor 5, the highest grade of honor, why do you insult? And not only is 1 bad day, but it is recurrent. **Why the system is not more strict when you raise your level of honor? **Why are these types of players more pretentious? What is the essence of having changed the honor system if in the end there is no change more than a decoration representative of a system that does not detect anything?
Our server is wild, we have a system that does not work, absent rioters and a player support team that works half or working 2 days a week. Do you really pay for having a server in which xenophobia (serious act in the game and should receive the automatic sanction of 14 days ban) is "daily bread", recurrently, and reported, the system it does not detect it, you report to support the player they respond with a bot message and it is not sanctioned? There is no feedback message.
