I know that are a lot reasons why riot can't instaban inters. But could they at least give players the options to leave games before 5 minutes. If inters did there thing and the other players just left the game and they had to play on their own it would probably ruin the fun for them. I know if a players is inting within the first 5 minutes most of the time. I only get to play 2 hours a week. And one inter really ruins my lol experience.

And what determines an intentional feeder? How can you be positively sure that they're intentionally feeding within a five-minute timeframe? How is Riot supposed to know what you know, for that matter, without a report being filed? And, further, who's going to file the report if everyone just bails 5 minutes in?
If you know there are a lot of reasons that Riot can't instantly ban intentional feeders, then you should be fully aware that a fair number of those reasons apply to why your idea couldn't work, either.
It's not that Riot doesn't do anything about inters (they do), but the problem is proving intent as well as people clogging up the system with false inting reports.
If you can find a way of proving actual inting cases while at the same time drastically cutting down on the number of false reports then feel free to share it.
