Chat restricted again...

Hey all!

Chat restricted again. I deserved it yes, but I did my best to retain my cool. My miss fortune ADC flamed me, then I said I was muting them, so I did. Then they ran around fountain, throwing the game, until I unmuted them. Then my team mates started flaming me for 'sulking' by muting him, and not unmuting him sooner. So yes, I dropped a 'C' bomb after that, and BAM chat restricted.

Enter next game, the miss fortune is on the opposite team and taunts me all game. So clearly they weren't punished despite a solid couple of reports from our team. So why so Riot? Why can other players push you to the point of anger, and you do the right thing and mute them, and they basically hold your ranked game hostage until you unmute them. Then you chat restrict me, but don't ban someone who caused all of this in the first place?

Anyways, there's my wee sook. I'll serve out my chat restriction. It takes forever to rank back up from 0 honour lol. How about you be more consistent with your restrictions or make us spend less time ranking back up, because both is just unfair to the max when you're on the receiving end of it. Would you rather I just mute all, and then get my team flaming me all game and reporting me for failing to cooperate with the team (I got banned for then previously because it was a premade and they all reported me for non-comms and got the opposition to as well).

Or if anyone knows where I can lodge a support ticket to get the miss fortune banned? Seriously, I am astonished that people like that get off...

Multiple reports in same match do nothing. Only 1 counts. Reporting someone flags them for review so it doesn't matter if you got 1 or 9 reports, only 1 counts, rest are dismissed. That is why pre-mades can't "gang" on you. That is also why asking for reports is reportable, since it's entirely unnecessary and mostly a threat.

Also, not talking is not refusing to communicate, you're can't be banned for that. For as long as you see their pings and ping yourself, it's enough. So you can mute toxic players, you can't be banned for that.

Want someone banned, report them in game. If they are consistently toxic, they will get banned.

the only part of your post i disagree with is the "make us spend less time ranking back up" (honor)

the difficult grind to get honor back is, IMO, a large deterrent to potentially toxic people

Or if anyone knows where I can lodge a support ticket

There's this thing called Google, not sure if you've heard of it...

Literally the first result for "riot lodge support ticket"
