No response to support ticket for 8 days

I have searched this up and there are multiple forum posts with Riot responses saying 7 days is too long and they will look into it. I have not made multiple replies to the ticket only one about a minute after writing it. I just tought I would make a post about this since maybe my ticket flew under the radar somehow and this could get the attention of someone who could look into it.

What is the topic of the ticket? (dont provide personal information here). Also, which ticket category did you choose when you created it? No choice but being patient and to not reply indeed. If you wrote a ticket about a ban on your account, you may have gotten an instantaneous automated Blitzcrank Bot answer and thats it.
