Did i really deserve perma ban after this? Does even anyone deserves perma ban?

So i got banned. Perma banned (the chat logs below) although i wasn't Racist Homophobic, using illness in a way to insult or wishing somebody death etc. i still got banned First game i called my J4 an idiot because he was lying about some stuff. Then MF started flaming me and spamming for a long time and called me "Fuktard" so i said Please STFU Fuktard. and that's it. So technically 3 "bad words" lead to ban? Game 2: I never ever said anything bad not even a swear word, I just stood up for my Katarina, she was having a rough time in midlane and The 2 premades Tristana and Alistar were flaming here before we even got in game telling here "You suck your winratio is lol just dodge". So when i stood up I told them that's not cool and they should stop. Some time later they started again and i've realised that actually my bot lane was way worse than her (in terms of damage dealt no score) and told them that They should stop flaming here and look at themselves. That the reality was they were 0 in the game and had to blame someone. Did i say anything personal racist homophobic? No. i said the truth not even in a bad way. Telling somebody is 0 isn't bad. I am not telling them they are 0 in real life. By saying that i of course mean they are 0 in this game and should try harder. You may tell me, well why didnt you mute them huh? Well let me tell you something. Those 2 games were "Derby's". It could go both ways. So i knew teamwork was the only thing we had left with. Even small amount of right communication could lead us all to victory. Generally speaking i don't think any player deserves a perma ban. Like a ban for 1 month 6 months 1 year is way better than Perma. Perma is just way to hard. Especially for flamers. If you used scripts now thats a different thing. Then yes perma is probably the right thing

With this, it tells me that you knew you were being toxic. Someone submitting a report on someone that is toxic leads to a valid report, which will be treated as such. Now that we got the "legitimate report" thing out of the way, lets go onto the permaban. When you recieve a 14-day suspension, you are on very very thin ice: any VALID REPORT afterwards will lead to a permanent suspension.

Now whether or not you believe that a permanent suspension is the right course of action is up to you, because honestly, your opinion doesn't matter. It's Riot's game, and you have to play by Riot's rules. Everyone, including you, agreed to this while making an account. Your options are now:

 1. Appeal your ban (which I doubt will go through with your own admission of wrongdoing)
 2. Make a new account (which will ultimately lead to the same result if you don't change your behavior)
 3. Find another game to play

On your 14 day ban reform card it CLEARLY said that the next offense would lead to a permanent ban (assuming that you've had a 14 day ban) And your logs are toxic, you broke the rules and you got punished

There used to be stacking punishments before, but people just didn't want to reform. Now they have to reform or they'll lose their account

To reach a permaban level, you have had prior punishments usually. For flamers, this is usually: 10 game chat restriction 25 Game CR 14 day ban Perm.

Now it is possible to skip to a 14 day by using zero tolerance words/phrases.

So the question isn't "does this deserve a permaban?" It is "Does this deserve a punishment?" To which the answer would be yes; this would in fact contribute towards a punishment and since you already had a 14 day ban you got permed.
