Yes. I am B5 and this will sound typical of this rank, but what if, my teammates not knowing what to do, actually makes me unable to climb. Just an example. I'm playing jungle. Top wants to invade but as soon as he sees the enemy jungler he bails on me and leaves me in a 2v1. Later when I ask for a leash on my first buff noone gives a single shit, but as soon as the timer hits 3 minutes everyone demands a gank, they take my farm, and when I tell them I need to farm because daddy riot basically choked out the jungle with their strapon I get fucking reported. Of course because they didn't give me a leash, I am behind early, wich means that if I find myself next to the enemy jungler competing for that fucking scuttle crab, that riot decided would make up 2 camps worth of fucking xp, I'm more fucked than the guy who superglued his asshole shut and tooka shit tonn of laxatives. What can I do in situatuions like this, if I can do anything at all?

Dude don't expect anything from anyone and don't give anything to anyone in that ELO. Play for yourself carry for yourself. Don't even talk to them. Pick a non-team oriented champion and try to snowball early. NEVER GANK A LOSING LANE. ALWAYS STOMP THE WINNING LANE. If one of your lanes feeds 1st blood basically let them rot for the whole game unless you see more people heading there and even then it might be better to push elsewhere. These should get you to about gold 5 and at that point ask for better advice ;)

The PB forums are generally for discussion of sportsmanship and the honor system, rather than gameplay. You might get more responses in a different forum. I'll take a swing at helping out, anyway.

Best thing I can say about how to climb out of low ELO is to focus on your own performance, rather than your team's. Your teammates are going to inevitably fail you a high percentage of the time in low ELO, so you need to put yourself in a position to succeed with or without them. Now, I don't play jungle, but if I were you, I'd study some highly rated streamers to find optimal jungle paths and really get your farm down to a science.

Don't be afraid to mute your teammate or entire team if they're being ignorant or rude. Don't tilt. Get gold, get fed, carry, repeat.

Matches are made based on MMR. Everyone on both teams is in a very small range of each other's MMR. MMR varies from around 60 to around 3000. (Your MMR is approximately 618, for reference.)

Imagine that your teammates and opponents were all 60 MMR. At that level, it is unusual to buy items, cs, or go to the proper lane. You would fairly easily be able to solo carry every game. There would be very occasional losses, but your high winrate would increase your MMR. You would soon face more difficult opponents. As you faced stronger and stronger opposition, your winrate would slowly decrease. When you contribute the same on average to any given team's chances of winning as everyone else at that MMR, you would stabilize with an approximately 50% winrate.

Imagine that your teammates and opponents were all 3000 MMR. At that level, build order, back timing, wave management, csing, trading, vision control and all the other things that go into being good at the game are being done very well. Your opponents would very easily exploit your mistakes, and your team would generally lose. There would be occasional wins, but your low winrate would decrease your MMR. You would soon face easier opponents. As you face easier and easier opposition, your winrate would slowly increase. When you contribute the same on average to any given team's chances of winning as everyone else at that MMR, you would stabilize with an approximately 50% winrate.
