So I won't mention any names... yet, but I got this really toxic dude who said he had trolled several matches in a row and was gonna troll this match too. I took a bullet for my team and dodged, but I don't want guys like this running around losing good players LP. Any tips?

Probably can't do anything about it anymore since you dodged. But next time, taking a screenshot works.
Just play anyway, if u wanna bully him back go for it just don't break the summoners code ;)
Sometimes I think it's worth sitting in the game and taking some pain just to get that report out there. It could save a lot of future trouble.
