I was on the last step before my honor was back to level 1 after a chat ban, but today it is back to level 0 and I have to start all over? What gives?

Checkpoints were reset at the start of a new season.

The support site says they’re aware of the issue and are working on a fix.

I mean if people lose 3 levels and are brought back to level 2 from 5, why should the punished people be immune to this? It's just 2 checkpoints anyway
