why i got banned before being gold ? (screen shots & video)

well was just playing a game as support and we started pretty good as the team ranks were gold and silver and i only need 1 win to enter the GOLD promo, jinx the ADC died after brand stunned her and ezreal used his ultimate, then died again when she did the same mistake, and again when VI ganked, then the worst time when we pinged because oriana was about to come from the mid we spammed and i told her SHE IS COMING RUN she just ignored and died then said report support after this she trolled at the end her score was 2/20/2 with 2 KS obviously yet i am the one who got PERM BAN for what? for saying this words Report jinx for (Flame/Feed/Troll/Toxic) links:(https://i.imgur.com/dTxYxAR.png https://i.imgur.com/ZlO6wOm.jpg

1 game to reach S1 Promo and i play with this troller who just trolled intentionally not having a bad game, he really wanna troll put your self in my place 12 hours for new season and you need 1 win to reach promo and play with a toxic feeder, someone might see the chat and say i am spamming "REPORT JINX" first watch the video, 2nd my chat is clean for what my team said when she said "I GO FEED" so if riot consider my chat is toxic, then we all should be banned which really nonsense because we are not who ruined the game beside all of this if i was toxic why did "ALL THE TEAM" honored me? we really did our best to win this game and survived for 30min but this intentional feed was ABOVE the limit.. beside all this it's only 1 CHAT the only needed 1 chat so i get banned while i have all the right to flame and curse like the team did because it's really sick move to do in ranked instead i just repeated that she should be reported and talking about the reality and just 12 hour before the season end i got banned?

  1. You need to hide the names of all players in your screenshot that are not you to stay in accordance with board rules.

  2. Can you please include screenshots or a link to your chat logs that are used as evidence in the ban? Yes, we can see the ADC was 2/21, yes we can see that you were banned but we don't have the full logs so we only have your story to go by. If you truly want people's opinion on the matter, I'd include the chat logs as well.

To be fair you need to be reported several times so get banned this obv isnt your first time getting reported even tho it might be false u still have been reported enough times to deserve it

Am I missing something? You can only see like the first 8 lines or so in that pic. If you want real answers, we need to know what was said.

The vast majority of the game is spent harassing and complaining about lux and jinx, calling for reports against them and using that as a leaping off point for your harassment. Even if they were behaving poorly you harassing them over it will change nothing except make it more likely that they continue with that behavior now that they've gotten a negative reaction out of you. Also, you seem to be under the belief that multiple reports in a game lead to a punishment: that's not true, as it only takes 1 report to flag a game for review (keyword: review), and if punish worthy behavior is found in that game and multiple games then that's when the player gets punished.

Yes trolls stink and are annoying and frustrating to play with and we've all experienced it at one point or another. However, there are better ways of handling it then spending all game harassing the trolls and calling for reports against them. Next time I would suggest finding other ways to vent your frustration rather than using the in-game chat to do so, as that time is better spent playing the actual game itself. In this case the punishment is deserved.

P.S. You weren't punished for this one game, but for multiple games of displaying poor behavior.
