I got perma banned with only a game in my behavior card. I was indeed banned before, but I have since then been reforming myself. Didn't play almost since last 2 week suspension and got back to playing this last month. I managed to go from honor level 0 to honor level 1. The game that triggered my perma-ban saw me being attacked by my team mates and flamed at saying I couldn't even play my champion.

Below are my chat logs which, according to riot are among the 0.006% most offensive and inflamatory chats in league of legends!

According to riot, leveling up your honor is meaningless. The day before I finished my last game by receiving 3 honors. Had leveled up the day before to level 1 too. I have been acting generally positive and almost not even talking in chat. I get perma-banned with the only game in my behavior card being that one. No further proof of my 'negative behavior'.

PS:Some of the chats need to be taken in context. The 'u suicide' line was because thresh went 1v3 and just died and i replied with that once he started blaming me. the 'ff15' line was because thresh was calling for ff15 and i replied that 'ff15' 'we have op scaling' in order to make him stay playing

The reform card only shows you 1-5 recent games as examples of unacceptable behavior.

Since you didn't play a whole lot since your 14-day ban, your account's behavioral history stayed at where it was; which your account was on thin ice due to your 14-day ban. Any minor toxicity during this time can trigger another punishment, inwhich moves up to the next punishment tier, which is permaban.

If you went inactive for a while after your two-week ban, then it's only been four weeks of time that Riot cares about since your last infraction, which isn't very long. Enough to level up your honor once, perhaps, but you were still on thin ice. Your two-week suspension notification would have clearly mentioned that further misbehavior would result in a permanent ban.

These logs aren't the most inflammatory I've seen, but you still are clearly shaming your teammates for their behavior, rallying for reports, and picking fights with your teammates. The proper response to players like this would have been to simply mute them, especially for somebody with your account history. Hell, you even say this yourself halfway through the log, but continue to argue with the guy throughout the rest of the game. There's literally not a single line of this log that isn't you antagonizing your teammates.

You're welcome to make a support ticket to ask for leniency due to the time since your last punishment and your supposed reform in that period, but the odds of such an attempt working out for you are minuscule at best.

there is some toxic behavior going on, mention of suicide, negative attitude, and asking for reports(harassment). honor is a sign of growth but that doesn't mean your punishment level has decayed yet. doesn't matter how others behaved or if they tilted you, you are still responsible for your own behavior. sorry man :(

There are a couple of theories I can give you.

  1. You got your two week ban right after a recent chat restriction, this shows no sign of reform and your punishment is escalated.

  2. One of the lines you typed is 'u suicide' Which may have been mis interpreted as you telling someone to take their life.
