How did I get permabanned for this?

I haven't been punished in more than a month, I just reached honor 0 checkpoint 2 and I've been pretty damn good in most of my recent games, even the ones that go poorly.

This is the only chatlog on my permaban message. Let me preface this by saying that everything I said is preceded by my Trundle telling me to kys and flaming the entire team for 10 minutes (starting at minute 2), calling us all bad, terrible, retards, complaining in all chat about 5 year olds getting out of daycare, etc, etc.

"yuck you" wasn't a typo I was typing "yuck you died" and pressed enter too early

I don't have a great record with the new report system, but I'm genuinely trying (and succeeding) at getting better. And after a month of no punishments I'm perma'd out of nowhere for THIS. And it wasn't even actual flame I was just flustered by an extremely verbally abusive teammate. The only things I said to people other than Trundle (who began flaming me at minute 2 by typing "kys" twice) were "you're two levels below soraka" and "go mid"

The first message I typed was just musing b/c I got counterpicked, the flame war started right before I typed "gg"

Have I really just lost a 5 year account because a computer decided I had been reported one too many times?
