Just play the game, who cares about flaming, trolls, and whatever else? It is all just a game, try to have fun with it. No one needed a report button before.

I would, but flamers and trolls and cheaters ruin that fun. Which is why they deserve to get reported (and banned).

Don't like being reported? Then don't be a douchebag. Stop being an asshole, then you'll stop being reported.

I just got my second Instant Feedback Report this week. You ruin the game for the team, you get reported. That's it.

Unfortunately because people are childish and try to ruin others games we have to report them so they are put in time out to hopefully reform their habits. So nah, I’m gonna keep reporting
with the new mute button, reporting has been a less used option, people care alot less about flamers and toxic people since they cannot interact with them.
People get less severe chat bans, that make them think about how they should behave, and most people do change!
if they don't, we go down to 2 different types of toxic:
1: In-game toxic
they flame about your skill and your In-game build/runes/champion/whatever, which is the most common, it IS a highly competitive game and its understandable to get pissed at teammates, but telling someone they are bad at (insert champion) or (insert lane) will often lead to them muting you and missing communication that you can be giving out and losing you the game, or they just quit and get banned, although its not good to quit a game, if i had chernobyl on my team, I would do the same.
2: RL toxic people who are racist/sexist/ist, I'am in no way a SJW, but these are the worst type of people, they are unable to keep their polical perspectives in the real world and has to ruin in for other people, no one is happy when they are around.
people just don't want to be called garbage, maybe they want POSITIVE input from their teammates and don't mute everyone, but i see where you are coming from, its very possible for people to /muteall and not report anyone, but sometimes, they just piss off people so much that they feel the need to report a teammate.
just like the summoners code says:
