I know the answer. yes. but are they ban worthy? using a macro that opens up my shop automatically when i recall? (macro: B delay 8.2 seconds, P)

I'd say yes and recommend against doing that since it's automatically doing something for you, which Riot really doesn't want. I could be wrong, but it's better to be safe than sorry.

Does bring up a question though. Why? You can press P long before your recall finishes to open the shop. Why do you need a macro to do that for you?

Actually... the answer would be depends. Awhile back, someone asked about using a macro to add a chat taunt with an ult. Not only did a Rioter comment that it was ok, he thought it was funny.

Most games typically frown on macros because they can give an unfair advantage. I'll give an example.

In Guild Wars 2, I would go to a private pvp server that my guild hosted. Putting on a macro to hopefully move out of the safety area and use abilities. The point of it was so people could kill this character for daily challenges.

Even though my account was just there to die, it would still get benefits of exp for completing the match. Which of course leads to rewards that can be sold or broken into materials.

according to the ToS or ToA, riot can decide to ban on ANY 3rthd party program used, anytime they want, its best not to use 3rthd party programs riot can change their mind and you can get banned, there is always a risk.
