Banning (trolling, Que dogging, feeding)

Hey everyone I don't know if I'm the only one but I play ranked games a lot and during my recent process of trying to rank up I've been having issues with people Feeding (like 10-15 deaths before 10 min even when I tell the to stay at turret they just don't listen), Trolling (people playing ranked like its a norms and going jg or something and not even playing correctly seeming like they don't even know how to play the game). Another issue I see is people que dogging A LOT. In my opinion I think the banning should be increased for certain things so once someone does it they wont do it again. like for que dogging they get a 10 min at a start then it goes up to 30 then an hour and then I think they should get a certain length of time bad meaning a couple of days or so. I realize some people have something pop up that's why in a certain time frame it should reset. Last thing is a question for when you report a person for a certain thing what are the consequences of that thing

No consequence for "not playing correctly" like it's a norms and no consequence for feeding unintentionally. Maybe you should be praising and grateful for queue dodging? If someone get auto-filled into jungle or any other role they are not familiar with, perhaps you should be happy that people queue dodged instead of feeding and "not playing correctly". You probably don't want to discourage people from queue dodging by harsher punishments because the alternative to forcing people to stay and play in fear of harsh queue dodge punishment is....feeding and trolling. Which lesser of 2 evils do you want? Do you that auto-filled jungler to dodge costing you 1-2 minutes to remake lobby or do you want that auto-filled jungler forced to stay and "not playing correctly" for potentially 60 minutes?
