Serious Issue Regarding Harrassment in and out of game

Hey Guys! I was playing a game yesterday where I badgered some opposing player somehow, I don't remember what I said but I know that we exchanged quick quips which I thought was just playful banter. Anyway, that same player then threatened to DDOS me and used my actual name in game and I didn't give him my name. It's easy to find someone's name outside of the game, but I was still kind of concerned. What really got my attention is when microsoft sent me a warning that someone was attempting to use one of my accounts and this was at 11:53 am GMT time which is 6:53 est time (my time zone). It's also worth noting that I played in game with this guy 21 hours ago and it's 4:53 pm currently so around 8 is when someone tried to hack into my account. Maybe it's just me but this seems SUPER sketch to me and I'd really appreciate it if Riot could/would look into this for me. It's one thing to be a jerk/rude in game (which I've done before) but it's something else entirely to actually harass someone outside of the game. Am I paranoid guys? Is there a good way for me to actually get into touch with a Rioter so I can chat about my concerns? Thanks guys!!

submit a ticket, click on support at the top of the screen.

Change your passwords while you're at it.

Put in a ticket and tell them everything. Include any info that you have, the IGN of the player who was harassing you and any screenshots you may have.

Do the obvious things to protect your computer, backup, change passwords, etc. but if you get in touch with Riot support they can help you more.

I'd say any account attacks Microsoft alerted you to are unrelated to League of Legends. The DDoS threat and RL callout, however, are both serious infractions that you should've reported to Riot.

Btw, you really shouldn't use the same summoner name as existing online accounts that display your real name. Unless you're a professional player whose name is already public knowledge, that's just poor personal security. A simple Google search of your summoner name returned multiple results with your real name on the first page. If I were you, I'd change your displayed info on those services.
