I was looking for online help, a friend of mine got permabanned bc we reported him, we were in a five man team and he didn't have a mic, he usually says bad stuff but just joking around with us and we thought he would get tilted if we told him that we would report him, we didn't think he would literally get banned, I thought that friend reports don't count. so here I am because Riot told him he wouldn't get his account back and they have no way to know we were just together making bad jokes and stuff. We were on voice chat and we didn't write during the whole game and ofc Riot doesn't believe him. The link leads to a website but I have my doubts, is this legit? I need to know. Please give me your oppinions towards this website to know if its a scam.

Of course it doesn't work. Riot are the only ones that can unban accounts. To think otherwise is nothing short of madness. In other words, it's impossible for a 3rd party to perform such "service".

What they do is very simple. You provide them with your account details plus the reason for the ban and they, supposedly, contact the Support on your behalf, like an attorney. This alone should be enough to detour you from using that "service". Why? Because you have to give them your account information. If this sounds stupid, it's because it is. What guarantees they'll keep the account intact assuming they can convince the Support to unban it? Heck, many people use the name username+password+email for many things. Giving that up is a recipe for disaster.

If you want, you may contact Riot Support yourself. Let me just tell you this: no one is permanently suspended on first offense. You're not telling the entire story.

My main account (this one) was permabanned about a month ago. I submitted a support ticket and after several interactions and dialogs with a Rioter, my permaban was reduced to a two week. I can't say this would be the case for everyone, and having max honor 5 the previous season helped my case I'm sure.

I only went through the official Riot support ticket website as another comment stated, they are the only ones that can help you, if you are willing to help yourself.

You can try to get the same result as this thread - https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/7GAyQVIA-riot-it-was-banter

Write into the ticket (lets call this "ticket A") and reference this thread, and what Riot Tantram did, where he asked for everyone in that 5 man party to withdraw their reports.

Then have everyone in that party write a ticket and reference "ticket A", and state that they will withdraw their reports.

Maybe that would work.

Hey,

I went ahead and removed the link you posted. It seemed highly suspicious as a scam website, and I don't think it could offer any sort of benefit to any of its users. Please do not use their service.

If you need to get in touch with Riot regarding your friend's suspension, you should contact them via a Support ticket.
