So I'm new

So I've only been playing for a couple weeks, but my god some people. I got people in my games expecting me to know what i'm doing right away, and if i don't have a clue i get accused of "inting". (I had to google that term to figure out what it meant) I have been reading that everything kind of dies down after lvl 30 is this true?

The funny thing is, the people who usually flame new players don't know shit about the game themselves.

If I recall back to when I was new, it sort of does. You still get the occasional person get extremely pissy when someone plays poorly, but for the most part the system has had much more time to place you among people of relatively similar skill.

Low level is composed of the following people;

Actual new people, and smurfs.

For some reason, even though a majority of smurfs are made so that they can play against people below their skill, they get all offended when the lower skilled person is on their team. What they actually want is lower skilled opponents to easily beat up and teammates that are just barely skilled enough so as not to get in the way of their glory.

The problem is most new accounts right now are all smurfs (new accounts for people that know the game). So they assume you are too. It's sad really. Your best bet is to team up with some people to help you out. Trying to figure out the game alone will take a long time. If you want add me and I can help you out in some norms if you want.

heres the thing with new accounts

If you have played with friends or others that are not new, the game assumes you are a smurf. If you havent done any of that and are pretty good at the game, the game assumes you arent new, and filters you accordingly. Its not a perfect system, but new players USUALLY dont match up with smurfs or old players. there are exceptions as it is an automated system so :/ sounds like you got the short straw. sorry to hear that

I gotta ask the realest questions:

So your summoner name is ToiletGrenade.

Is this a grenade shaped like a toilet?

Or is it just a grenade inside a toilet?

Or is it a kind of grenade filled with dirty used toilet water that has fecal matter and piss in it?

Curious minds need to know!

I'm sorry to disappoint you, but no. After Lv30 it really just starts to get toxic. But a different kind. Lv1 - Lv30 everyone knows people are new, but trash talk anyways. After Lv30 you get these people who think they're insanely good (while being in Bronze1) and trash talk down to the people in Bronze 5. The people in Gold5 trash talk down everyone in Silver, but not just "you're bad, L2P, et " , but genuinely harassing them with profanity, homophobic slurs, or the good old 'kys' . So it's a different level of toxicity.

And then you might think it gets better in Diamond? Nope. I'm not there myself, but I have friends who are, and they are saying D5 is the worst place to be in terms of toxicity. Because people are so extremely entitled there and tilt so easily, that after getting ganked and giving the enemy team FB, most of the time they either give up and open their lane, or just ragequit Almost every game.

it really depends.

the low level players who are toxic are also generally low elo, so don't let them get you down.

tbh I think it depends what elo you're in past 30, like plat is probably one of the most toxic elos.

idk, I wouldn't worry about it too much. when I first started playing a lot of people were toxic to me ( I was very bad, but obviously was new.) even my brothers friends were toxic, but now i'm much better than them. you can do it!

Haha no

Well, relatively, it might, but you're still going to get those people in your games on a regular basis.

As far as the accusations of you inting go, as long as it's not clear that you're just running up to the enemy and intentionally dying, you should be fine. I only say should, though, because with an automated system like Riot uses you can never be sure.

Ahhhh reminded me when I was new Just ignore those people , or mute them from Tab , and mute their pings if they annoy you , I started playing a year ago and got those people everywhere , the funny part is , I still get them xD even in challenger some people accuse others for inting , it's something salty and toxic about the community you should ignore and never argue back with them also you better play with friends and premades , it's more fun Generally this game takes long time to understand , probably a year to master it ? something like that , I would play with you if we were on the same server tho
