So I queue for ranked solo. I get into a match, and I select the champion I want to use. I am chosen to play bot(adc) so I chose Xerath as I often do because he literally counters every single adc except twitch. And there is a player who I cannot name because riot will delet this post, has been chosen to be support. So he sees that I clearly want to play Xerath and asks really? Xerath adc? and I say yes, and go on to explain the choice. And he tells me to pick a real adc. I tell him again the reasons behind the choice and explain to him he does not buy my skins or pay for my internet bill, and therefore should not be telling me how to play or who to play unless he is in-fact offering to do so. So the guy continues to whine at me about it and try to tell me how to play with no intentions of buying me a skin or paying my internet bill. So I keep Xerath as my choice. Then this guy bans Xerath, so I say wtf? and then I say okay, for that I will pic Ziggs out of spite. So then he says "i'll adc" and i say no ziggs can still fil the role, though Xerath is the better choice. He had Morgana selected, then he switches it to Miss Fortune. And says you play support, I say no you play support. Then I say I will try to get every kill and take all cs as it is my role. He continues to flame me. So then the match starts and he tells everyone my team and the other team to report me for trolling. I say, i wasnt trolling and explain the situation. He continues to flame me. So at this point I'm now like flame F$%@#n ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! he ruined my whole match and now it's my turn to do the same for him. So I begin with some verbal abuse much like he was me. Then I tell the enemy team to kill him and I'll back off so they can do it(and I did, and they killed him). Then I ran out of all team fights he was in and told them to kill him more. They did. All the while this guy keeps telling everyone to report me. So I don't know what happened but apparently this A-Hole got them all to report me for supposed trolling when I clearly was the one getting trolled on from the start. Yes I used some language that may have not been in compliance to the terms of use/service, but in my defense the language was rather well suited to the situation that that A-Hole created. Then Riot decides to ban me for 2 F%^#$#n weeks. And the other guy got off scott free. HOW IS THAT FAIR? AND WHY DID YOU TAKE HIS SIDE OVER MINE? I DONT UNDERSTAND THE LOGIC IN YOUR MOTHER F%#^$^#N CHOICE RIOT!!!!!! The other guy was offensive in all his actions and words right from the start and I get banned? I will just login to my other account and/or play battlerite for 2 weeks, but because of this I will NEVER buy and skins or champions with real money, nor will I EVER ask someone for another skin again. In my opinion the player I can not name or tis post will get deleted have been banned for two weeks without a doubt for what he did and said and the situation it led to. I should have been given a warning about language....but then again there is a profanity filter, and if people dont want to see such language they should keep it on, and if they report anyone for language then Riot should turn it on on their account and keep it on permanently. SO AGAIN RIOT WTF IS THE DEAL? Furthermore, RIOT EXPLAIN YOURSELVES, UNLESS YOU FEAR WHAT PEOPLE WILL THINK OF YOUR POOR POOR DECISION MAKING SKILLS!

This is your problem. Two wrongs do not make a right: if he insults you, you don't get a free pass to do the same back. Riot has stated MANY times that you are responsible for your own actions.

He provoked you, yes. But he did not MAKE you respond in a toxic manner. That was your choice.

This is likely why you got a severe punishment. Not only were you verbally abusive, but you ALSO intentionally threw a game -- something that is HUGELY discouraged.

Also I have been told already that account would be perma-banned if I did that again when similar situations arose previously, but they wont ban an account that has paid a lot of money forever....just not smart business.

Your account was given a two-week suspension due to extreme toxicity. It is your responsibility to be aware of your behavior and how you treat others. There is a zero tolerance policy against the use of homophobic slurs, racial slurs, telling others to kill themselves and hate speech. The use of these kinds of words is considered especially egregious. We as a community and as a company do not want players using these kinds of words as they carry a message of hate. We want all players to feel welcome and enjoy the game but these words hinder that. Typically, players who use these words receive a permanent ban but I will not be escalating this punishment today. It's important to note that the system looks at each player and their behavior individually. Players contributing negatively to the game are tracked and punished, even if someone else started it or instigated it.

I understand that player banned Xerath and took your role but it's never okay to respond in such a manner. It does not matter how much time or money you've spent on the account, all players are held to the same standard. No amount of money or time spent will ever make it okay to negatively impact the game.

The decision to suspend this account for two weeks will not be changed. I am sorry if my response is not what you were hoping to hear, but we took this action to maintain a positive game environment. Should this negative behavior continue, it will result in a permanent ban.

For the last time my nig gas. Please read this with the intent of retaining it for future use. I am almost completely blind....Roughly 85%-90%. Therefore anything requiring me to read it and agree to it is not legally binding to me, as I am legally incompetent in such things.

This would be true if I had such software on my computer......not to mention it would have to be a mod to the game for it to work......but as you can not play this game if you're completely blind, there is no such mod....derp...try again genius.

I give up.....you want to make a fool of yourself saying completely blind people would play this? and that text to speech is available as a mod, when it's not, cuz not only is that very idea fucking stupid, but it would be impossibly annoying and make it hard to concentrate on the game.
