How come i didn't get perma banned?

So i have around 5-6 bans in total(all of them are for flaming) and today i got one for inting(I did int i wont argue about that i ran it down mid and was like 0-18) and guess what, another 14 day ban. I mean I am thankful for it. But i have an question. How did my friend get perma banned for flaming(was his first ban) and im sitting here, with 6-7 bans in total. Does getting perma banned depend on how bad the flaming is or anything like that? Btw im not posting this on my main hiihihih

I suppose it's possible that you reformed your behavior and got your status back to normal. It's also possible that chat related punishments and intentional feeding are kept separate. 5-6 bans on the same account sounds unlikely, as you probably had a few chat restrictions.

Getting permabanned is the next step after a 2-week suspension, though. So if you are exhibiting negative behavior that would normally get a chat restriction, then you could be hit with a permanent ban next time.

Yes they do escalate bans for flaming if it is found to be that bad in whatever way. Like death threats, racial slurs, homophobia. Pretty sure they escalate bans for those types of things. Still weird that it was straight from nothing, to a permaban, if it really was.
