2 weeks suspension for talking shit with a friend.
I was just talking shit with a friend in 5 v 5 flex.We were just saying swear words to each other for fun.He used the same type of language but he didn't get punished at all which i find funny.Of course i made a ticket but the only thing i got as a response is a copy and paste message. Even thought i never said anything to the enemy team or anybody else beside my friend.I even tried to explain the situation but the guy didn't give a damn. Will I just get punished for joking with a friend?

As a player, I can totally understand how painful this situation can be, but we also have the duty to maintain a nice environment, otherwise the negative attitude will lead only to bad experiences for all those involved in the game. As you can see, you started targeting your teammates as well as your enemy team (which is understandable that you were trying to defend yourself since I read the entire chat log, but not justifiable - we treat each and every case individually and we do not take into consideration one player's actions to justify another's).
You know... retaliation to negativity with more negativity is considered an offence and it doesn't give you a free pass to be negative in return - fighting fire with fire will create a bigger flame and it will affect all the players leading to a bad experience :(
Now, just to make everything clear, it's negative and punishable; and yes, I know how frustrating it is to be matched with toxic players and yes, it sucks, but the best thing you can do is to report them at the end of the game or simply mute them. For example, I had some really bad games one day where all my teammates flamed me really hard and I felt offended >.< , but instead of responding with the same negativity I chose to open the Notepad and type in there all my frustrations. What I'm trying to say is that it's OK to get angry or tilted, we are humans after all, but if we answer with the same negative behavior things will just get worse.
I know you'll be upset - this is not really the outcome you were hoping for, and the account is still suspended, right? I mean, you've spent a lot of time on it, so it's understandable :(
