i got permanently banned for telling my botlane they are bad

I just got permanently banned for chat logs undernead, i myself doubt very strongly they are worth a permanent ban. I had a chat with a rioter and tried to explain him it's not worth a permanent ban. He told me that the bans never get lifted in not a single case, i think this is really weird as it's done by an automated system and they make mistakes..

Maybe its time to have a discussion about this, i probably just got reported because i had bad scorelines and responded to teammates venting their anger, leading to a permanent ban is very extreme, is it possible that completly relying on an automated system and not even being willing to revise anything is not a good way of working? Is it fair that i get permanently banned because of this while others can tell the worst things but don't get flagged by an automated system ?

note: i got permanently banned because i had a chat restriction and 14 day ban before, i did probably deserve those as i used a lot more swear an offensive words and i called people out agressivly, i tried to work on this behaviour and usually don't respond, but it was a tilting stomp game and i was stupid enough to respond to my team telling me that my dad raped me, i was hardstuck, a useless human being and more!

sooooo RIOT hit you with 2 seperate punishments (warnings)

this means you were literally walking a razors edge in their eyes, yet you continued to display unsportsmanlike behavior

you recieved reports and they saw that even after 2 strikes, you were not changing your attitude

how is this a surprise? "I was on my 2nd strike, screwed up again, and got banned...WTF RIOT?

Woah what a temper tantrum my dude lol Spend more time mastering the game and less time trying to understand your team. Play to win, play for yourself, play defensively. Pretty solid way to mid lane in solo Q with feeders or players doing stuff that doesn’t make sense. However flaming them will A GET U BANNED. B you will not win.
